Life-skill Development
The Shift delivers focused, soft-skill-building intensives that help participants strengthen emotional resilience, improve communication, embrace self-leadership, and set purposeful goals. We equip individuals to rebuild with confidence and live with intention, turning uncertainty into a future they choose for themselves.
Licensed Mental Health Services
The Walk offers licensed mental health services paired with one-on-one emotional support and a consistent, trusted presence. We walk alongside each individual, providing compassionate accountability through reentry, substance use disorder, and domestic violence recovery.
Housing & Family Services
The Resolve secures long-term housing solutions through One Hart Housing, while surrounding residents with family support services that address the realities of life after care — from overcoming systemic barriers to navigating employment and family reunification.
